For practices
Charter Veterinary Centre - Bridge House is already listed on PetCare Atlas. Claim it.
The CMA’s final Order on UK vets is now legally binding, with practices phased in from December 2026 to September 2027 and the smallest given longest. Every practice will have to publish a price list and say who owns it. PetCare Atlas is where pet owners already compare practices. Claim your listing now, correct what is wrong, and tell us which of the coming tools you need first.
We never sell your position in search.
Owners see practices nearest first from their postcode, or by name. Nothing else changes that order, and it is never bought. Claiming or paying changes how much you can show on your listing, never where it appears. That policy is permanent.
Why claim now
Correct your details, free
Fix contact details, locations, services and opening hours. Make sure owners reach the right number and see what you actually offer.
Publish your price list, free
Enter your prices once, in the layout the CMA Order uses. We show them on your listing and give you a page and a badge to link from your own website.
See who is finding you
How many owners viewed your listing, and how many clicked through to your website or phone. Numbers you have never had.
Free for good: claiming your listing, correcting your details and publishing your price list. Ownership disclosure and analytics tools will be paid when they launch. People on this list hear first and get founder pricing.
What the CMA Order requires
- A comprehensive price list for a defined list of services, across six pet-weight bands, published online.
- Group ownership disclosed online and on practice signage.
- A written estimate for any treatment expected to cost £500 or more.
- Telling owners that a written prescription, capped at £21 (£12.50 for a repeat), may be cheaper to fill elsewhere.
- Legally binding by 23 September 2026. Large groups comply from around December 2026, practices with fewer than 15 sites from around March 2027, everyone by September 2027.
- The RCVS will publish practice data on Find a Vet and share it with approved third parties.
Summary as verified 2 September 2026. The Order itself is the authority; check it before relying on any date.

Questions
- Is this free?
- Claiming your listing, correcting your details and publishing your price list are free and stay free. Ownership disclosure and analytics tools will be paid when they launch. People on this list hear first and get founder pricing.
- Will paying move me up the search results?
- No. Owners see practices nearest first from their postcode, or by name. Payment never changes that order, and that policy is permanent.
- What do the CMA rules require?
- The CMA's final Order is now legally binding, but practices do not have to comply straight away: large groups from around December 2026, practices with fewer than 15 sites from around March 2027, everyone by September 2027. By then a practice must publish a comprehensive price list for a defined list of services across six pet-weight bands, disclose who owns the practice online and on signage, give written estimates for treatment over £500, and tell owners that a written prescription (capped at £21, or £12.50 for a repeat) may be cheaper elsewhere.
- What does PetCare Atlas hold about my practice today?
- Your practice is listed from public sources such as the RCVS register, with accreditations and services where we can verify them. Claiming lets you correct anything that is wrong and add detail. Nothing about your listing changes until you do.
- What can I do today, and what is still coming?
- Today: claim your listing, confirm your email, and once approved correct your contact details, locations, services and opening hours. Coming: free price-list publishing, ownership disclosure on your listing, and listing analytics. Joining the list tells us which to build first.
- Who runs PetCare Atlas?
- An independent directory, operated by Concierge Vet Ltd, built to help owners find the right care. It is not owned by any veterinary group. We map the market; we do not sell placement in it.
